INGREDIENTES (para 4 personas)
4 papas medianas.
100 g de jamón crudo.
100 g de queso para fundir.
1 tomate fresco.
CÓMO SE ELABORA:
Asamos las papas sin pelar en el microondas durante 15 minutos a potencia media.
Una vez cocidas las partimos por la mitad y las vaciamos con ayuda de una cuchara.
Picamos los tomates en daditos y el jamón cocido en tiritas.
Hacemos una mezcla con el queso para fundir, el jamón y los tomates picados muy finos y rellenamos cada mitad de patata con esta mezcla.
Introducimos en el microondas a potencia alta durante 3 minutos o hasta que el queso se derrita.
Para acompañar la comida podemos servir las patatas acompañadas de zanahorias cortadas en tiras o de palitos de pepino.
